Francois grew up on a farm outside Kakamas in the Northern Cape and graduated with degrees in Human Molecular Biology (UFS), Sport Science, and an Honors degree in Biokinetics from Stellenbosch University.

His approach to rehabilitation is practical and straightforward, focusing on collaboration with other healthcare providers and consistency from clients. He does not believe in a specific time frame based on textbooks but rather base his programming on client progress.

His key interests include:

  • Prehabilitation and strength maintenance
  • Post-operative rehabilitation
  • Sport specific high-performance training
  • Running coaching focused on biomechanics

Francois believes that recovery and success require patience and persistence. When he’s not in the practice, you’ll find him running trails or enjoying a good cup of coffee.
